流出 4 萬顆比特幣、OI 重創 20%！推特名人怎麼看 BitMEX 訴訟案

自美國期交會 (cftc) 於台灣時間 10 月 2 日發出起訴聲明後，bitmex 已流出 4 萬顆比特幣，約等值 4.2 億美元。事隔一天，許多推特名人也相繼在社群平台上發表對此事的看法。

BitMEX 已流出 4 萬顆比特幣

根據先前報導，美國期交會 (CFTC) 於台灣時間 10 月 2 日，發出聲明，指控比特幣衍生品交易所 BitMEX 違法經營未註冊的交易平台，並同時觸犯反洗錢法，共同創辦人 Samuel Reed 已遭逮捕，其餘相關人士執行長 Arthur Hayes、另外一名共同創辦人 Ben Delo 以及業務開發負責人 Greg Dwyer 也遭受同樣指控。

此前曾有媒體預測，若 BitMEX 交易所被迫關停將導致 BitMEX 客戶受影響，並出售其持有的大量比特幣，對價格造成嚴重的下行壓力。不過，根據目前的數據顯示，BitMEX 客戶似乎不打算等到判決結果出爐，也不打算出售比特幣。

根據數據分析公司 Glassnode 的最新數據顯示，自 10 月 2 日宣布該聲明後，BitMEX 客戶已從交易所撤出了撤出了 40,000 btc。按今天的價格計算，這相當於約 4.2 億美元的資產。

Glassnode 此前曾發佈推文宣稱，這兩天從 BitMEX 撤出的比特幣中，曾出現一小時內撤出 23,200 BTC（即 2.43 億美元）的鏈上交易數據，該數據公司表示，這是該交易所有史以來最高的每小時資金流出紀錄。

此外，衍生品數據分析平台 Skew 的數據也顯示，自事件發生至今，BitMEX 比特幣期貨合約的未平倉合約量重創 20％。

區塊鏈媒體 The Block 研究總監 Larry 表示：

「這起案件的影響將是巨大的，目前仍有許多美國境外的大型交易所允許美國客戶在沒有kyc 和 VPN 的情況下使用，這種現象很快將會改變。」

起訴書中有一段令人大開眼界的描述，其表示共同創辦人 Arthur Hayes 為了讓交易所在東非島嶼國家塞席爾合法註冊經營，花了一顆「椰子」賄賂當地政府官員。

CoinShares首席戰略官 Meltem Demirors 在推文中使用椰子與棕梠樹的符號調侃，並附上截圖表示：

「聯邦調查局局長 Sweeney 很快就會讓他們知道，他們犯罪的代價不是用熱帶水果就能支付的。」

而比特幣分析師 Willy Woo 則表示，此事件對比特幣的中長期價格有利：

「諷刺的是……BitMEX 新聞引發的回調比 BitMEX 上的特有清算事件還要少的多。它甚至沒有跌破上升趨勢支撐。BitMEX 的消息有利於比特幣的採用，並且對中長期價格有利。」
